Buying a home is one of the biggest and most emotional decisions you’ll make, and I’m grateful for the guidance I received throughout the process. One of the most valuable things I learned from Trent was to evaluate a home from the ground up—looking at the sidewalks, driveway, drainage, roof, and other exterior details before even stepping inside. That perspective has stayed with me.
Trent was patient as I worked through the ups and downs of home buying, took the time to listen, and was always willing to adjust his schedule when a house I wanted to see hit the market. At no point did I feel rushed into making a decision, which meant a great deal during such an overwhelming process.
In the end, both Trent’s patience and my patience paid off. Today I’m in a house that truly feels like home. It’s in a safe neighborhood, close to my boys’ school, and has become the perfect place to enjoy walks with my puppies. I’m grateful for the role Trent played in helping me find a home that fits this season of my life. Thank you, Trent, and I wish you continued success.
